1. How long does it take to repair a strings instruments?

That will depend on what we diagnose on your instrument. Usually it will take up to 2 weeks. Sometimes it can be a month. So,we hope you will give us your cooperation and let us diagnose the instrument first before we can give any decision.
2. Are the prices fixed ?

No, the prices depend on what service you acquire and for the audio and visual products, the price depends on the suppliers or providers selling price.

3. Are the prices listed included the delivery cost ?
No, the price listed is not included the delivery cost. The delivery cost depends to the location where the products are being delivered to. Usually, we will use Poslaju, a service that being provided by Pos Malaysia Berhad,for the delivery process to the buyer either from Malaysia or other countries.The exact amount of the delivery cost will be informed through e-mail after we received the order e-mail from the buyer.Please take notice about this thing in order to prevent any dispute to occur in the future.

4. What are the modes of payment ?

Buyers can made full payment which include the price of the products or service and the delivery cost through online banking such as Maybank2u / CIMBclicks / PBebank or others bank account directly to my Maybank account. My Maybank account number is 162272663311 under the name Muhammad Syafiq Hady Bin Shaarani.

5. How long does delivery takes ?

After receiving conformation of payment, I would  process the delivery through postal service within 1- 2 days. After that, it takes roughly another 1- 3 days for delivery within Malaysia and 2- 5 days  for international delivery which depend on the location.
